assembles and dis-assembles quickly.Good support, I've loaded it completely up and it holds all the weight without a problem, no tipping.The piece of pasta don't stick the wood beams which is good.why not 5 stars?because I wish the heigh of the middle beam was 3-4 inches higher.The pieces of pasta they have hanging in the picture are tiny pieces, I have huge long pieces that I don't want to break up.
