We have had 3 of these racks for 7 or 8 years(so they last forever unlike many items made these days) and stack them on top of the dryer for sweaters.When stacked they hold together tightly, so we also turn them on their side and hang hand washed clothes on them....and your cats will find them to be very comfy for naps.
